Here’s a handout for Tuesday (Morgantown City Council Committee of the Whole), June 24, 2014, that has been posted on Safe Streets Facebook page. It shows the changes to code using bold/underline. This should be a bit clearer to people as they try to separate out the existing language from the proposed new language.
